  • Q: How much space do I need to leave behind the stool for the backrest?
  • A: You should account for the backrest's projection when planning space. Typically, leave an additional 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) behind the seat for the backrest. Ensure there is enough clearance from walls or other furniture for comfortable sitting and swiveling.
  • Q: Can the stool be used at a standard dining table (30" high)?
  • A: The height adjustment range (26"-32") is primarily for counter (36" high) and bar (40"-42" high) use. At its lowest setting (26"), it might be slightly high for a standard 30" dining table, which typically requires an 18" seat height. This stool is not ideal for standard dining tables.
  • Q: Is the swivel mechanism lockable?
  • A: Standard swivel bar stools do not have a lock on the swivel function. The swivel is meant to be free-moving. If a fixed position is required, you would need to look for a non-swivel model.
